I am pleased to introduce the Fall 2021 Stress Busting Series offering ’30 minutes of magical practices’. We have three programs in this 10-week series starting the week of Sep 27 running from 12:00-12:30pm followed by an optional Q&A Discussion. Qi Gong: Less stress and more energy. Qi Gong combines the calming and insight benefits of a meditation session, the flexibility and balance of a yoga class, and the strength and endurance building of a bodywork or weight training routine. Harvey Skinner will be leading Qi Gong practices 12:00 – 12:30 PM on Mondays and Thursdays, Sept 27 – Dec 2, 2021.
